1. Working in a team to produce excellent jobs to be done among all the participants during the training in the organization.

2. Projecting and expand training and development programs that are based on the necessities of the organization and the workforce.

3. Producing materials for in-house courses.

4. Conduct appraisals.

5. Planning and inventing individual learning plans.

6. Manage and review the progress of trainees through questions and debating with managers.

7. Helping all the participants solve specific training problems, based on on-on-one as well as in groups.

8. Always maintaining up date with developments in training by reading relevant Journals, books, attending relevant courses and meetings

9. Excellent knowledge of e-learning techniques and if necessary, the capability to deliver e-learning packages.

10. Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present the research.
