Meaningful Culture

To think about ...

A culture could bring a nation, government, association, organization, company and individual to the top of the mountain and/or down to the bottom of the mountain.

A culture that is built with a sense of community in any organization will result in success because employees will feel being part of the community and this will be part of their identity. So when employees are able to sense all these, they will be more motivated and engage more at work.

And moreover, they would be able to have the capability to maximize their mission and a culture that is perfect will lead to improve employees’ loyalty, performance, creativity, productivity and profitability and trustworthy among all members of the community and/or company!
